A team of technical professionals, CPAs, and MBAs, we provide high-touch, customized services to help businesses scale with NetSuite cloud solutions. This is a new role, that will assist the Sales Department as well the Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a team of Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Technical Solution Principals to validate and document requirements and
    assist with solutioning as necessary plans to address or implement.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others.
  • End to end responsibility for NetSuite Demo.
  • Collaborate with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors and Practice Managers to determine the best approach to Professional Service offerings
    based on prospect and scope.
  • Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities.
  • Create Statements of Work and develop cost estimates for Professional Services efforts.
  • Manage and prioritize requests from both Direct and Account Management teams.
  • Maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal NetSuite system to manage and prioritize Professional Services sales
    opportunities. 
  • Create SOW’s once the scope of the project is determined. 
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external clients to ensure best practice, product and capabilities are leveraged to provide benefit to the client.
  • Develop, deliver, and sell high-impact Professional Services Value Proposition. 
  • Prepare presentation slides, business proposals, response to RFP and SOWs.
  • Provide clear explanations to prospects for questions regarding the Professional Services SOW and/or Oracle NetSuite implementation and
    support offerings. 
  • Negotiate with prospects regarding inclusions/exclusions in the scope of the SOW and update pricing accordingly.
  • Share knowledge obtained during the sales cycle to the Professional Services implementation team.
  • Contribute to and build industry knowledge and NetSuite product capabilities by understanding the competitive landscape, NetSuite product add-ons, and bringing deepening industry acumen to the team. 
  • Contribute to continuous team improvement by participating in internal team or organization improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, communicating them to your manager, and jointly developing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in NetSuite with 5 years of total ERP/CRM Minimum of 3 years’ experience in NetSuite with 5 years of total ERP/CRM
    experience.
    Must have a strong background in pre-sales, including experience work-
    breakdown structure and project plans that is required for the proposals.
    Articulate Personality, Excellent proficiency, and a strong command of spoken
    English.
    Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
    Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying
    process & sharing Add-Ons.
    In depth understanding of NetSuite and the Pre-sales processexperience.•
